How to ruin a good night out- part second
Watching the cctv footage we saw exactly who had reversed into our car. The police have been informed and also told us of the crimes committed by the perpetrator. These include: driving without due care and attention, failure to report an accident, leaving the scene of an accident, dangerous driving, and the list goes on. I hope he still feels proud of himself when he appears in court, he could lose his driving licence (this would cost his job as he drives for a living). He could also face criminal prosecution for criminal damage to property, this can result in jail time.
The best thing is, had he held his hand up and left his contact details the police wouldn’t have been involved. It could all have been left with the insurance companies to resolve.
